What we do

Strength

Squat, bench, deadlift, press. Calibrated bars, competition plates, six racks, and coaching that obsesses about position before load.

Conditioning

Assault bikes, rowers, sled track and a turf strip. HIIT, intervals, Zone-2 — programmed to make you fitter, not just sweatier.

1:1 Coaching

30-, 45- or 60-minute personal training with a UKAD-aware coach. Movement screen, programme review and honest feedback.

Group Classes

Capped at 12. Strength foundations, barbell club, conditioning blocks and weekend mobility — booked through the front desk.

Rehab & Mobility

Working with sports therapists in Wandsworth and Clapham — rehab plans that get you back under the bar, not benched.

Drop-In Friendly
